Part One: Lineart

This is how I do my lines with a mouse, using PSP8. There were so many Photoshop tutorials, so I thought about making a PSP one. I did this in the Spring, and cleaned it up this morning.

If you want me to finish it with the inking portion (Part Two), I will.

I'm not the best teacher in the world, but I hope it helps a little.

EDIT: It's an adoptable tutorial as well. And uh... SORRY IT'S SO FREAKING BIG.
The 250 X 250 is for adoptable use only. By all means, make the image as big as you want.

^^; I use PSP8 for my line art too. . .however. . .I use the pen tool. . .and you can create a "Lineart" layer above your scanned drawing, draw on it, and when you "erase the background" you can just delete the scanned layer. . . .just a suggestion. . . .^^; I still like the finished product! And I shall try your way with the tapered lines because the pen tool is making me angry. . .
